Shipping policy

We use Shiprocket and Shipglobal to deliver all orders within India and to the following countries: India, USA, UK, Canada, Germany, UAE, Italy, France, Australia, Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Estimated Shipping Time:

Domestic Orders: 1 to 10 days.

International Orders: 5 to 25 days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are available at checkout on our website and are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.

Free Shipping: We currently do not offer free shipping.

Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other reasons, we will contact the customer to confirm the correct address and reship the package at the customer's expense. If a package is not delivered to the customer due to reasons beyond our control, such as customs issues or carrier errors, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the package. In such cases, we will work with the customer to try to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
